Tancin Lane
This project was a top to bottom interior remodel of a 1950’s mid-century modern home in Clifton. The work involved removing walls, adding flush beams, and additional supports to create an open concept. This allowed us to combine the kitchen, dining and living spaces. We also removed part of the second floor over the foyer to create a two-story volume and open area on the second floor. A 1960’s inspired custom metal railing and modern chandelier put the finishing touches on a grand entry.
